6. But a Pharisee named Gamaliel, a teacher of the law, who was honored by all the people, stood up in the Sanhedrin and ordered that the men be put outside for a little while.

19. Unfortunately, the Pharisee was so much clinging to the rules and regulations of clean and unclean, he could not understand God's love and mercy outside of and beyond the rules and regulations.

令人遗憾的，那位法利赛人太过于坚持遵守洁净与不洁净的律法及规章，他不能理解天主的爱和仁慈怜悯是超越律法及规章之外的。

20. Then stood there up one in the council, a Pharisee, named Gamaliel, a doctor of the law, had in reputation among all the people, and commanded to put the apostles forth a little space;

25. 6 Paul was aware that some were Sadducees and some Pharisees, so he called out before the Sanhedrin, ＂My brothers, I am a Pharisee, the son of Pharisees;

保禄一看出他们一部份是撒杜塞人，另一部份是法利塞人，就在公议会中喊说：＂诸位仁人弟兄！

26. Then Paul, knowing that some of them were Sadducees and the others Pharisees, called out in the Sanhedrin, "My brothers, I am a Pharisee, the son of a Pharisee.

27. In today Gospel's message, Jesus was invited to come and dine at one of the Pharisee's house, and there suddenly appeared a sinful woman at Jesus' feet.

请耶稣的法利赛人看见了，就心里说，这人若是申言者，必知道摸他的是谁，是个怎样的女人，因为她乃是个罪人。

80. It is meant to catch his prey: the spider fattens himself on flies, and the Pharisee has his reward.

那就像一件虚有其表的宗教外衣，用来网罗猎物。
