1. Commonly referred to as The Gita, it is a conversation between Krishna and Arjuna which takes place on a battlefield, just prior to the start of a climactic war.

9. Lord Krsna said: O Arjuna, I shall explain to you only the divine personal majestic opulence which are prominent since there is no end to My extensive glories.

主奎师那说:阿诸那啊,我只向你解释“我”神性的,外形的,宏伟庄严,壮丽辉煌展现的,卓越而无与伦比的那部分,因为“我”广博的辉煌是无有终止的。

10. Lord Krsna said: O Arjuna, being pleased I have shown you by My divine potency of uniting your individual consciousness with My Ultimate Consciousness;

13. But understand, O Arjuna that sacrifice which is executed motivated by fruitiveness, ostentatiously for material benefit is in the nature of passion.

41. Now hear in summation from Me, O Arjuna, how one achieving the perfection of cessation of reactions attains the supreme state of knowledge.

现在,听“我”总结一下,阿诸那啊,人怎样才能通过终止因果报应,获得圆满,从而达到智慧的最高境界。

42. 62) Just surrender solely into Him, completely in everyway, O Arjuna; by His grace you will receive transcendental peace and the eternal abode.

43. Behold the twelve Adityas, the eight Vasu's, the eleven forms of Siva, the twin Asvins as well as the forty-nine Maruts, Behold O Arjuna, innumerable wonders never seen before.

66. Arjuna, you should know that which is acclaimed as renunciation is the science of uniting the individual consciousness with the Ultimate Consciousness;

67. O Arjuna, have you heard this with concentrated attention? O conqueror of wealth has your bewilderment due to illusion been dispelled?

阿诸那啊,你有没有凝神聆听啊?财富的征服者啊,你由于幻觉而产生的迷惑有没有被消除啊?

68. 72) O Arjuna, have you heard this with concentrated attention? O conqueror of wealth has your bewilderment due to illusion been dispelled?

69. O Arjuna, there is nothing superior to Me; everything existing is connected to Me like pearls on a thread.

70. O Arjuna, that which out of delusion, you do not wish to perform, you will do unavoidably, being bound by your inclinations born of your own nature.

75. Arjuna, neither study of Vedic scriptures or performance of sacrifice, nor charity, nor pious activities, nor serve austerities can I be seen thus in this form in the material worlds except by you.

阿诸那啊,在物质世界里,单靠研读吠陀经典,举行祭祀供奉,布施,虔诚尽责的活动,或是持戒苦修,都无法看到“我”的这个宇宙形象。除了你之外。

76. Arjuna, established in the science of yoga in actions, perform your activities giving up attachment and become equipoised in both success and failure.

阿诸那啊,在行为瑜珈科学中确立起来,履行你的职责,放弃依附,无论成败都保持平衡心态。

77. Arjuna, happy are the upholders of justice who achieve a battle of this kind presented by its own accord and which is a wide open path to the heavenly planets.

阿诸那啊,坚持正义的人们,因为赢得这不期而遇的战役而幸福快乐,因为那是通往天界的光明大道。

78. O Arjuna, spiritual intelligence in the nature of goodness is that which factually knows the propriety of things as well as the impropriety of things, duty and non-duty, fear and fearlessness, bondage and liberation.

阿诸那啊,处于善性品德的灵性智能确实明了了事物的正与邪,义务与非义务,恐惧与无惧,束缚与解脱。

79. O Arjuna, one who knows the soul as eternal, unborn, undeteriorating and indestructible; how does that person cause death to anyone and whom does he slay?

阿诸那啊,如果一个人懂得了灵魂是永恒的,不生不灭的,不可被毁灭的,那他又怎么会使人死亡呢?他杀死了谁呀?

80. 28) O Arjuna, offering oblations, enacting charity, austerities and anything else performed without faith is declared as counter productive; not in this world nor in the next.

阿诸那啊,如果毫无信仰地进行祭祀,布施,苦行和其它活动,不仅在今生,而且在来世也不会有任何结果。
