1. Objective To explore the clinical manifestation of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage presenting prominently with generalized choreiform movements.

2. Methods: The clinical features of two spontaneous hemorrhage patients presenting prominently with generalized choreiform movements were analyzed in combination with review of the literatures.

方法：总结2例以舞蹈症状为主要表现的自发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者的临床特征，并复习文献。

3. Examination showed mild-to-moderate continuous choreiform movements in the affected extremities.

检查发现患肢呈轻-中度持续性舞蹈病样运动。

4. Results All patients in this family were females with progressive choreiform movements, and the age of onset was about at 20 years old.The choreiform movements did not disappear in sleeping state.

结果此家系中患者均为20岁左右起病的女性，主要症状为进行性舞蹈样动作，睡眠后舞蹈动作并不消失。

5. Conclusions: Generalized choreiform movements may be one of the main features of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage.

结论：全身型舞蹈症可以是自发性蛛网膜下腔出血的主要症状之一。
