1. But today I make “fried fish meatball”, and I prefer the fish meatball is harder, so I add some flour into the fishpaste.

不过今天我要做的是炸鱼球，而且我个人偏向硬一些的鱼球，所以我加了面粉在里面。

做炸鱼球，我选用鲮鱼，因为鲮鱼的骨头比较细小，这样鱼茸里的鱼刺就不会伤到人的嘴了。

其次，在鱼茸中加入一个鸡蛋，和适量的盐，并且顺一个方向搅拌鱼茸。
