1. 14 And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets.

4. 4 So Jeremias called Baruch the son of Nerias: and Baruch wrote from the mouth of Jeremias all the words of the Lord, which he spoke to him, upon the roll of a book.

于是耶肋米亚叫了乃黎雅的儿子巴路克来；巴路克依照耶肋米亚的口授，在卷册上写上了上主对先知说的一切话。

5. "I suppose we should be glad we are not at Meremund," said Jeremias at last. "They say that a thousand have died there from the plague."

9. The word that the Lord hath spoken against Babylon, and against the land of the Chaldeans in the hand of Jeremias the prophet.

10. 7And the priests, and the prophets, and all the people heard Jeremias speaking these words in the house of the Lord.

16. 18 Sedecias was one and twenty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem: the name of his mother was Amital, the daughter of Jeremias of Lobna.

漆德克雅登极时年二十一岁，在耶路撒冷为王十一年；他的母亲名叫哈慕塔耳，是里贝纳人耶勒米雅的女儿。

17. In the beginning of the reign of Joakim the son of Josias king of Juda, this word came to Jeremias from the Lord, saying:

18. Sent, and took Jeremias out of the court of the prison, and committed him to Codolias the son of Ahicam the son of Saphan, that he might go home, and dwell among the people.

由拘留所的庭院里提出耶肋米亚来，交给了沙番的孙子，阿希甘的儿子革达里雅，叫他带到自己的家里去，从此耶肋米亚就再居住在民间。

19. 31 Joachaz was three and twenty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned three months in Jerusalem: the name of his mother was Amital, the daughter of Jeremias of Lobna.

约阿哈次登极时年二十三岁，在耶路撒冷为王三个月；他的母亲名叫哈慕塔耳，是里贝纳人耶勒米雅的女儿。

20. And Jeremias spoke to all the people, to the men, and to the women, and to all the people which had given him that answer, saying:

耶肋米亚便对全体人民，对答覆他的男人和妇女以及所有的人说：

21. And when Jeremias came thither he found a hollow cave: and he carried in thither the tabernacle, and the ark, and the altar of incense, and so stopped the door.

耶肋米亚到了那里，看见一个大洞，就把会幕、约柜以及焚香坛放在里面，然后堵上洞门。

22. And Jeremias remained in the entry of the prison.

这样，耶肋米亚才仍能住在拘留所的庭院里。

23. 2 At that time the army of the king o Babylon besieged Jerusalem: and Jeremias the prophet was shut up in the court of the prison, which was in the house of the king of Juda.

那时巴比伦王的军队正围攻耶路撒冷，耶肋米亚先知被幽禁在犹大王室监狱的庭院里。
