1. Method Forty-eight patients with cardia cancer complicated with portal hypertension underwent the esophagectomy,proximal subtotal gastrectomy or total gastrectomy and lienectomy.

方法48例贲门癌合并门静脉高压症患者施行食管、上半胃(或)全胃切除、脾切除,特别强调行贲门癌根术基础上结扎、切断异常侧支循环。

2. Result All the 34 DRS patients had emergent lienectomy, with 33 cases of recovery and 1 case of death of encephalon hernia with the syndrome of severe skull trauma.
