1. Rover Epaulettes is the first step to the progressive training of Rover Section.Knotting, Campcraft, Pioneering, Backwoods Cooking and First Aid are the major contents of the traditional scoutcraft.

乐行童军肩章是乐行童军支部进度性训练的初阶，内容主要为一些传统童军技能，包括绳结、露营活动、先锋工程、原野烹饪和救伤等；

2. Service, Scouting Knowledge, Self-development, Interpersonal Skills, Look Wide, Personal Pursuit, Scoutcraft and Exploration are included.

活动包括有服务、童军知识、自我发展、人际关系、扩阔视野、个人兴趣、童军技能和探险等八个不同项目。

3. The aims of the programme are to arouse the interest of new participant and to raise up the skills in scoutcraft.

透过由浅入深的要求，吸引乐行童军的兴趣，提升童军技能水平。
