1. For we are made partakers of Ch***st, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;

14我们若将起初确实的信心,坚持到底,就在基督里有分了。

2. For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast， and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward；

2那藉着天使所传的话，既是确定的，凡干犯悖逆的，都受了该受的报应。

3. Therefore， my beloved brethren， be ye stedfast， unmoveable， always abounding in the work of the Lord， forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

58所以我亲爱的弟兄们，你们务要坚固不可摇动，常常竭力多作主工，因为知道你们的劳苦，在主里面不是徒然的。

4. Whom resist stedfast in the faith， knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.

9你们要用坚固的信心抵挡他，因为知道你们在世上的众弟兄，也是经历这样的苦难。

5. And might not be as their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation; a generation that set not their heart aright, and whose spirit was not stedfast with God.

不要像他们的祖宗,是顽梗悖逆居心不正之辈,向着神心不诚实。

6. when the world becames stedfast,we became more even-tempered.

也许当世界变得越踏实，我们变得越沉稳，

7. if so be that ye continue in the faith, grounded and stedfast, and not moved away from the hope of the gospel which ye heard, which was preached in all creation under heaven;

你们必须持守信仰，坚立在巩固的基础上；不要放弃当初领受福音时所得到的盼望。现在，这福音已经传遍了全世界；

8. whom withstand stedfast in your faith, knowing that the same sufferings are accomplished in your brethren who are in the world.

你们要信心坚定，抗拒他，因为你们知道全世界的信徒弟兄也都在经历同样的苦难。

你们要用坚固的信心抵挡他、因为知道你们在世上的众弟兄、也是经历这样的苦难。

10. Nevertheless he that standeth stedfast in his heart, having no necessity, but hath power over his own will, and hath so decreed in his heart that he will keep his virgin, doeth well.

倘若人心里坚定，没有不得已的事，并且由得自己作主，心里又决定了留下女儿不出嫁，如此行也好。

11. For their heart was not right with him, neither were they stedfast in his covenant.

因他们的心向他不正，在他的约上，也不忠心。

12. This week, whether it's reading your Bible and praying, doing your work at home or at school, will you ask the Lord to help you be stedfast and faithful, like Daniel？

圣经里没有提，孩子们，我相信当大利乌王看到他仍然活着的时候王一定很快乐的拥抱了但以理。

13. No-yet still stedfast, still unchangeable,

并非这样---却永远鉴定如故，

让我们站立得稳，坚屹不移，在圣工上坚守到底，不久你会听到金色的号角响起，欢迎王的再临。
